PROPERTY DUE DILIGENCE
During the initial purchase or acquisition of a property, we will coordinate and follow the progress on all inspections, environmental studies, appraisals, and surveys to protect the prospective purchaser. We will conduct an in-depth review of deferred maintenance and warranty issues, review current leases, and provide tenant analysis. This is critical to both manage current challenges as well as detect potential unexpected issues.
Our firm will handle rent collections, follow-up with current vendors, setup complete accounting records for the financial institution involved, and report to local courts the condition and expense usage while the receivership is in place.
